Understanding My Media
For every registered user, VIDIZMO provides a My Media section to access and manage personal media content.
My Media is accessible from the right-hand side panel in your VIDIZMO application and includes:
- Shared with Me: Media shared with you by others.
- Favorites: Media you have marked as a favorite.
- Uploads: Media you have uploaded (requires Contributor group or equivalent permissions).
- My Playlist: Audio and video files organized in playlists.
- My Collection: Audio, video, images, and documents grouped together.
- My Tracking: Track your media viewing activity.
- Archived: View your archived media.
Shared with Me
This tab displays all media that has been assigned or shared with you within the portal. Users in the Viewer group can access the Shared with Me tab.
Available features:
- Search: Search for media content.
- Refresh: Display recently assigned or shared content.
- Sort: Sort content by Most Recent, Relevance, Title, Longest, Most Viewed, Total Likes, or Popularity.
- View: Display media in Detailed or Thumbnail view.

Favorites
Media you add as a favorite from the feedback bar on the playback page appears under the Favorites tab. By default, Viewer group users can access this tab. User Manager group users can control this permission using Media Control Permissions in User Groups.
Available features:
- Sort: Sort content by Most Recent, Relevance, Title, Longest, Most Viewed, Total Likes, or Popularity.
- View: Display media in Detailed view (showing Author Name, Posting Date, Tags, Description, Views) or Thumbnail view (showing Posting Date and Views only).

Uploads
The Uploads tab is visible to users in the Contributor group. All media files you have uploaded are listed here.
Available features:
- Search: Search for content you have uploaded.
- Sort: Sort content by Most Recent, Relevance, Title, Longest, Most Viewed, Total Likes, or Popularity.
- Status: Filter content by Published, Pending, or Rejected status.
- Refresh: Display recently uploaded content.
- View: Display media in Detailed or Thumbnail view.
- Edit: Make changes to media you have uploaded.

My Playlist and My Collection
A Playlist is a compilation of audio and video content grouped together in a logical order for sequential viewing.
A Collection is a more advanced form of a Playlist that can include images and quizzes in addition to audio and video content.
A Personal Collection/Playlist differs from a standard Collection/Playlist in that only the creator can view, manage, and share it. By default, portal users with the appropriate group permissions can create personal collections and playlists. User Manager group users can assign this permission to other portal users using Media Control Permissions in User Groups.
My Tracking
The My Tracking tab is visible to Viewer group users. You can filter content by specifying a Start Date and End Date to view media accessed within that time period.
Available information:
- Issued Date: The date and time when you viewed the media.
- Category: The category to which the viewed media belongs.
Archived
Media content you have uploaded and subsequently archived appears under this tab.
NOTE: All content uploaded by users is managed and accessible via Media Manager.
